Description
Thick steel plates, heavy stainless steel sheets and large alloy flat materials have high requirements for equipment load-bearing and structural rigidity. Our heavy duty drawer sheet rack is specially upgraded for heavy flat material storage scenarios, with thickened frame and drawer structure, fully meeting the long-term stable storage needs of super-heavy plate materials.
The main frame adopts widened and thickened steel profile, and the drawer bearing plate is thickened with integral steel plate stamping and forming. The bottom of the drawer is equipped with multi-point reinforced supporting structure to disperse heavy load pressure evenly. All welding parts adopt full penetration welding process, with firm welding and no virtual welding points, ensuring no deformation or sinking under long-term full-load operation.
The heavy-duty customized slide rail and bearing assembly have strong compression resistance and wear resistance, adapting to frequent push-pull operation under heavy load.
