Our heavy-duty drawer type sheet metal rack is a professional industrial storage solution customized for high-load flat materials storage, widely applicable to metal processing factories, laser cutting workshops, furniture manufacturing and large industrial warehouses. Different from ordinary light-duty shelving, this plate drawer rack adopts integral welded thickened Q235B carbon steel structure, with overall frame reinforcement and multi-point rib strengthening design for each drawer layer, which effectively solves the deformation and collapse problems caused by long-term heavy load of traditional storage equipment.
Equipped with industrial-grade high-precision linear slide rails and thickened load-bearing rollers, each drawer realizes 85% full extension pull-out. Even under the maximum full load state, the pulling process is smooth, no jamming, no shaking, which greatly reduces the labor operation resistance. The single-layer load capacity can reach 1000kg-8000kg, which can stably store thick steel plates, stainless steel sheets, aluminum plates and other heavy flat raw materials.
The whole shelf adopts pickling phosphating anti-rust pretreatment + electrostatic powder spraying surface treatment, with strong adhesion, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, anti-scratch and wear-resistant properties, adapting to high-dust, high-humidity and other harsh industrial production environments. The modular assembly structure is convenient for on-site installation, disassembly and transshipment, and can be freely matched with layers according to warehouse height and material specifications.
