Crane Compatible Telescopic Cantilever Rack, Lifting-oriented Retractable Arm for Gantry Crane Operation

Crane compatible telescopic cantilever rack is specially optimized for overhead traveling cranes and gantry crane integrated loading and unloading scenarios. The rack’s arm telescopic stroke, vertical spacing and top reserved clearance are all designed around crane hoisting standards, realizing one-step direct hoisting access for long-format heavy profiles without secondary material transfer.

The top of the main frame reserves ultra-wide open hoisting space to ensure slings and lifting fixtures can vertically descend to any storage layer without frame collision. The extended telescopic arms can fully expose the upper space of stored long materials, providing unobstructed operating space for sling wrapping and positioning. Each arm stress point is calibrated according to crane hoisting stress data to avoid local bending during vertical lifting.
Additional dual-stage safety anti-slip stoppers are installed at the end of each cantilever arm to prevent long materials from sliding outward during hoisting vibration. The base is upgraded to super-wide anchored counterweight structure to resist instantaneous unbalanced load generated by unilateral crane hoisting. All hoisting areas are marked with high-visibility warning lines to standardize operators’ hoisting routes.
This crane-oriented telescopic cantilever rack perfectly matches large gantry cranes and overhead cranes, eliminating manual auxiliary handling links. It improves the handling efficiency of heavy long materials by more than twice, and is the standard supporting storage equipment for heavy industry large-scale long-material storage yards.
