Chain bucket conveyor installation requirements:

1, The difference high between head and tail bearing center not greater than the distance between 1/1000;

2, The tolerance of the head and tail shaft centerline is two bearings1/1000;

3, The tolerance of the two sprocket is 1 mm;

4, The offset value of centerline of conveyor longitudinal center line is not more than 2 mm

5, The difference of two adjacent on track plate in the vertical plane based on the direction of surface is less than 1/1000, the conveyor length is not more than 5 mm;

6, The two tracks in the plane of the plate relative elevation difference is not less than 1/1000 of the track spacing;

7, The support bars of conveyor longitudinal center line of the plane straightness tolerance 1/500 of the width of stent;

8, The rail must straightening before installation, 1/1000 of the straightness tolerance for measuring length, total length is not more than 3 mm;

9, The various rail joint position should be staggered, stagger position may not act as integer times of the chain plate spacing;

10, The section track shall not be less than two stents bearing;

11, The same horizontal plane of two parallel tracks on the conveyor longitudinal center line of the degree of symmetry tolerance is 2 mm, the limit deviation of plus is minus 2 mm;
