Equipment Purpose and Function
High-performance cap sorting system featuring modular design for superior flexibility. Multi-directional hopper docking ensures excellent site adaptability and seamless integration with existing production lines.

Working Principle
The automated sorting process begins with disordered caps in the storage hopper, which are systematically fed into the sorting machine in controlled batches. Chain plates separate the caps into orderly rows and elevate them upward. During this ascent, inverted caps naturally fall back into proper alignment due to gravity. Successfully sorted caps are then conveyed via airflow onto the transport track for movement to subsequent process stages.
