This integrated system combines a fully automatic plastic empty bottle leak tester with semi-automatic strapping capabilities, designed for 1.2-liter round bottles with an output of approximately 3000 units. Equipment Overview
The leak detection system primarily inspects the seal integrity of empty bottles prior to filling, ensuring containers are free from leaks and defects to safeguard product quality and safety. Using pneumatic or mechanical means, the equipment applies pressure or vacuum to bottle bodies while sensors detect internal pressure changes to identify minute leaks. Working Principle
The equipment employs differential pressure or vacuum decay detection principles:
