As a member unit of the China Sports Goods Association, we participated in the formulation of the "General Technical Specifications for Martial Arts Competitive Clothing" (GB/T 38467-2023), and led the drafting of key provisions such as "wear resistance test method" and "size stability requirements". The anti-tear fabric technology developed by us was included in the recommended standard for competition equipment of the International Judo Federation (IBJJF) for the year 2025. Together with the fabric suppliers, we jointly developed an "environmentally friendly recycled material pool", recovering and reprocessing the leftover materials from the production process into filling materials (such as the inner lining of martial arts uniforms), increasing the waste utilization rate from 15% to 45%. This model was listed as a "green supply chain typical case" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Through sharing research data, we helped the upstream suppliers optimize their production processes. For example, we pushed a certain yarn factory to reduce dyeing energy consumption by 18%.

In collaboration with the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we are undertaking the project "Application of Marine Plastic Recycled Fibers in Martial Arts Clothing". The goal is to achieve a 50% proportion of recycled materials in the core products by 2027. At the same time, we are exploring alternative solutions for biobased dyes to reduce chemical pollution during the production process.
