Our TK6307 labyrinth seal assembly is a complete matching sealing accessory specially engineered for conveyor idler TK6307 bearing housings, assembled with five core components to form dual labyrinth isolation barrier for roller bearings. The whole set combines high-performance engineering plastic and cold-rolled steel, effectively block dust, silt, debris and rainwater intrusion to extend bearing service life drastically under harsh mining, port, sand plant conveying environments.

1. Inner Labyrinth Seal: Made of rigid POM, excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability, fit tightly with bearing inner ring ​

2. Outer Labyrinth Seal: POM material, form staggered labyrinth channel to intercept fine dust particles ​

3. SPCC Iron Cover: Stamped cold rolled steel shield, anti-collision and strengthen overall structural protection ​

4. Bottom Seal: PA6 nylon base seal, outstanding toughness and low friction coefficient ​

5. Protective Cover: PA6 nylon outer shield, resist impact and chemical minor corrosion.
