Equipment Features

  • Precise control; multi-axis linkage servo control
  • Precision welding process; employs an automatic soldering system + vision inspection
  • Multi-station winding system; uses a four-station fully automatic winding machine + automatic loading and unloading, capable of simultaneously winding four stators, with automatic wire arrangement and automatic clamping and cutting, significantly improving production efficiency
  • Precision dispensing; precise and controllable glue volume, with a repeatability error of ≤1%, supporting non-contact spray dispensing
  • High-precision vision inspection system; equipped with a high-resolution CCD vision system, supporting automatic product offset/rotation calibration
Equipment Overview
The equipment adopts an integrated controller for the main control cabinet and operating console. The main processes include:

Stator assembly line: Stator feeding → Stator winding → FPC welding → Base adhesive application → Applying back adhesive and removing protective stickers to the base → Stator three-phase testing → Stator baking → Bearing chamber adhesive application → Bearing assembly

Rotor assembly line: Shaft adhesive application and pressing into the bottom cover → yoke adhesive application → Magnet insertion into the yoke → Gaussian testing → Rotor baking

Final assembly line: Bearing inner hole adhesive application → Stator and rotor assembly → Manual pre-tightening → Product baking → Snap ring assembly performance testing
