Equipment Overview
This production line series is designed for automated production of joint modules for robot dogs and humanoid robots. The system consists of 5 auxiliary lines and 1 final assembly line, providing comprehensive manufacturing capabilities.
The 5 auxiliary lines handle assembly of stator modules, secondary planetary gear modules, gear reducer modules, rotor modules, and encoder + PCBA components. The final assembly line performs final assembly, welding, and comprehensive testing according to customer specifications.
Testing capabilities include functional testing, aging testing, torque testing, stator/rotor back EMF testing, and airtightness testing.
