High-speed servo motor traffic barriers designed for toll stations with 10 million MTBF reliability, featuring advanced control systems and robust construction for demanding applications.
Product Overview

DZ-138 is able to be widely use for expressway toll station, bus station, shopping mall, airport, hospital and so on. It adopts second-generation servo motor, which uses international leading technology integrated design, mold manufacturing, compact structure, high precision, high consistency and standardization, planetary reducer transmission, high efficiency, long life, no oil leakage, no blockage , low noise and other characteristics.

The arm speed can be adjusted from 0.9 seconds to 8 seconds. The remote control distance is less than 100 meters in the open sunny place. The motor no-load speed can reach to 3000 revolution per minute ans lifetime is more than 10 million. The boom length can be chosen from 2.5 meters to 6 meters. Curved connecting rod, hoisting and planetary reducer design, three-link transmission, no welding bracket, arm direction can be freely interchanged, independent research and development controller which adopts ST chip and has large memory, can realize complex alorithm.

We also have different arms for you to choose, such as straight arm/telescopic arm (standard), curved barrier arm, round shape arm, and fence arm. Different price for different arms. Default is straight or telescopic arm.

Advanced Control System
Digital signal processor (DSP) control core enables complex algorithms, network connectivity, and intelligent operation. Integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays fault codes for quick troubleshooting. Three-bar linkage design ensures rapid rise and stable fall.
Solar charging capability makes it ideal for unmanned applications including railway crossings, fire passages, oil stations, and mine tunnels, enabling fully automatic operation without grid electricity.
