This 09G steel plate kit is designed for Aisin TF-60SN 6‑speed Tiptronic transmissions, VW internal code 09G/AQ250, including steel plates in the clutch assembly. The 09G is the world's first transverse FWD 6AT with 310N·m torque capacity, widely used in VW Golf Jetta Magotan Passat Tiguan Audi A3 Skoda Octavia and other models. Steel plates provide power transmission surfaces - long‑term use causes burning and wear leading to 3‑4 shift slip, shift jerks or weak acceleration. This kit uses high‑strength wear‑resistant material meeting OEM specs - replacing together with friction discs restores proper clutch clearance and shift smoothness.
