This automatic PE‑gloves folding and packing machine is specially designed for mass‑production packaging of disposable PE gloves. It integrates glove feeding, auto‑folding, bag‑making, sealing and finished‑product output into one compact unit. It is folding and packing 2 in 1 automatic packing machinery. Standard machine will be with 65 x 65mm four side sealed bag size, to be support for customized size.

There are compact device to detect the products, will blow out the not qualify gloves and stop to wait the right gloves to continue to insert to pouches and pack, therefore, each pack will be with correct gloves. And for the glove feeding tray, threre will be four rods to fix the gloves according to actual shape, this function means it is compatible for various glove sizes and shapes, you can refix the gloves for your own glove shape,

Main body adopts sturdy carbon‑steel frame with food‑grade contact parts, suitable for food‑service, household, industrial and medical‑grade PE gloves. It can work in‑line with glove‑making machines or run as a standalone unit, greatly cutting manual labour cost and improving production efficiency. Optional configurations include date printing, waste‑edge removal and multi‑lane output to meet diversified production requirements.

1. Folding and Packing 2 in 1 machine It can realize the one-step process of material automatic feeding, folding, filling, sealing and cutting. No manual intervention, cleaner and more hygienic. More uniform packaging
2. Film roll holder Resonsonal film roll holder linking to the packing machine, make sure the film rolls can be fully stretching and walks smoothly.
3. Material feeding tray Adopting 2 station design, fix the gloves to the tray according to the glove shape. Manual put piles of the gloves to the tray, then automatic suck gloves to the folding area for folding.
4. High quality hardness cutter Good quality cutters, make sure the neatly cut. Optional zig-zag waving tearing cut or triangular scissors opening as customized
5. Automatic filling and sealing Linking with folding machine. After last folding, the inserting board will insert the folded gloves into the forming bag directly, make sure the gloves will not loose and bad will be closest to manual pack bag. Stardard sealing type is four side sealing, can be customized as 3 side sealing.
6. 3 or 4 side sealing, small pocket packing, can be one or two pcs per bag. 2 ends with zig-zag wavy edges.

Packaging and Shipment

Every shipment will be packed with export non‑fumigated wooden box, before putting into export carton, will be fully stretch wrapped with plastic strech films to make sure it is firmly protected enroute. Ane there will be cardboards to every corner to prevent the machine from crushing. and when putting into the export cartons, will use small blocks to firmly sturdy fix the machine to the export carton.
