Fully Automatic Crayfish Apron Making Folding Packing All-In-One Production & Packaging Line
This machine is specially designed for the automatic making folding and packing of all kinds of PE apron, widely used in disposable PE aprons for food service, catering, cleaning, beauty salon, home kitchen and light‑duty industrial protection to prevent stains and liquid splashes. It can automatically complete film unwinding, mold cutting, tearing waste, folding, bag forming, sealing, but cutting etc all in one continuous process. With stable operation, high efficiency, and easy operation, it effectively improves packaging neatness and production capacity, greatly reducing labor costs. It is an ideal supporting equipment for disposable PE Apron manufacturers.

It is a full automatic cutting machine, from large material rolls unwinding, mold cutting, waste tearing, folding, bag forming,sealing, cutting etc as set length shape, very compact and ideal design for PE aprons making folding and packing. It is customized for PE apron making, folding, and can be connected with the pillow packing machine for individual pack. Less labour force with high efficients, high pricisely and low costs, which are very useful for the disposable apron manufacturer, especially the ones with difficult in labour forces.

  1. PE Apron Roll Material Conveying: Equipped with a high-precision servo unwinding unit, it stably conveys various apron rolls with adjustable speed to avoid stretching or wrinkling.
  2. Servo Control: Machine is servo driven and control, HMI touching screen, which is easy in operating and maintaining, can set related data in the operating screen directly.
  3. Automatic Folding & Positioning Cutting: Advanced photoelectric positioning realizes precise folding (double/four-fold, etc.) and accurate cutting (error <1mm) by preset parameters.
  4. Pneumatic Clamping & Rolling: Pneumatic clamps transfer folded tablecloths to the rolling unit with adjustable tension, enabling neat rolling with customizable diameter.
  5. Finished Product Delivery: Rolled products are automatically sent out by conveyor belt for easy subsequent packaging and transportation.
