The double-step double-diaphragm coupling is a high-performance flexible transmission component that connects two sets of diaphragms via an intermediate shaft, specifically engineered to address complex shaft misalignment challenges.
Working Principle
Utilizes elastic three-dimensional deformation generated by dual diaphragm assemblies at both ends of the intermediate shaft to transmit torque from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. Compared to single-diaphragm structures, it can flex simultaneously in multiple directions, more efficiently absorbing combined axial, radial, and angular misalignment while eliminating additional stresses.
