Process Introduction
The screw tightening machine is a device that integrates multiple workstation turntable assembly lines, AI equipment preventive maintenance, data traceability, and product quality analysis functions. The multi-station turntable assembly line includes six processes: loading, visual alignment assembly, visual alignment screw tightening, laser coding, scanning, and cutting.
The workpiece is sent from the loading station to the turntable, and is sequentially processed through five stations: alignment assembly, screw tightening, laser coding, automatic scanning, and unloading. Before starting each workstation, it will determine whether to start or not based on the presence and status of the corresponding workpiece.
