Application scope:

Applies to preprocessing raw material with high starch, high oil content and combined material for proper gelatinization to satisfy processing requirement.Specific screw configuration enable to process all kinds of raw materials including soybean, corn, piglet compound feed.

Main features:

(1) Intelligent control, simple operation and high control accuracy.

(2) With processes of conditioning and extrusion and proper setting of temperature, humidity, extrusion degree and shearing force, the requirements for protein modification, starch gelatinization and urease content reduction of raw material can be achieved.

(3) A smaller aspect ratio is beneficial for increasing the yield of puffed corn and saving energy consumption.

(4) Equipped with a new type of extended tempering device, the tempering effect is greatly improved, thereby increasing the expansion degree and output, and reducing screw wear;
