Working principle

When selecting a solid carbide coolant-through straight flute drill, customers should choose the appropriate specifications based on the material (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloys, etc.), hole depth, hole diameter, and machine coolant pressure.
1. For deep holes exceeding 10 times the diameter, it is recommended to choose a longer cutting length design to ensure smooth chip evacuation.
2. When machining high-hardness or stainless steel materials, we recommend to select TiAlN coating to enhance wear resistance.
3. When machining aluminum alloys or materials prone to adhesion, customer select a DLC coating or an uncoated option to reduce the risk of chip sticking.
