To solve this problem, AMG produce this D12 air-avoiding milling cutter, which is specially designed for deep hole and deep groove processing of hard metal materials, making the processing process smoother and the effect more precise.
This milling cutter is made of high-strength hard material and has special surface treatment. It is not only more durable, but also can bear high temperatures without deformation. The specially designed thin neck structure (which we call the "air-avoiding" design) can prevent the tool from hitting the side of the workpiece during processing, then avoiding friction, vibration and damage. It is especially suitable for long-term processing of deep holes, deep grooves, and narrow spaces.
