Aluminum Single Panel is one of the most mainstream and high-end metal curtain wall materials in modern curtain walls and architectural decoration. The core difference between it and aluminum-plastic composite panels (ACP) lies in the uniformity of their materials, which are processed from a single metal material.

Aluminum single plates are building decoration materials made from high-quality aluminum alloy plates (common grades such as 1100, 3003, and 5005) through a series of precise processing procedures. It is not a composite material but a single piece of aluminum plate.

Core structure and characteristics
Base material: Single-layer aluminum alloy plate.
Coating: The surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying (PVDF) or electrostatic powder spraying.
Reinforcing structure: The back can be welded with bolts, corner codes or U-shaped reinforcing ribs to ensure the strength and flatness of the board surface under extremely large dimensions.
