Aluminum panels /veneersare a kind of multi-functional and high-performance modern building material, widely used in construction, transportation, industry and other fields. Its core advantages lie in its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance and plasticity.

Core advantage
Lightweight and high strength: The density of aluminium is only one-third that of steel, but through alloying and processing, it can achieve very high structural strength.
Outstanding corrosion resistance: A dense protective film of aluminum oxide will naturally form on the surface, and it will not rust in most environments. It can be further enhanced through processes such as anodizing and spraying.
Excellent processability: Easy to cut, bend, stamp and weld, capable of achieving various complex shapes and designs.
Outstanding decorative properties: Diverse surface treatment processes (see below), rich in color and texture, with a modern feel.
100% recyclable: Environmentally friendly materials with an extremely high recycling rate. The energy consumption of recycled aluminum is only 5% of that of primary aluminum.
Fire resistance: Aluminum itself has a high melting point (about 660°C), is non-flammable, and usually can meet the A2 fire resistance standard.
Good thermal/electrical conductivity: Special applications in situations where heat dissipation or electromagnetic shielding is required.

Drawing Requirements
The drawings should be in a standard format, such as CAD, or DWG files. They should include clear dimensions, tolerances, and specifications for the surface finish. Additionally, any special details like cut-outs, holes, or bends should be marked. Manufacturers may sometimes need to collaborate with the design team to clarify certain aspects of the drawings. This ensures that the final product meets the design intent and can be produced efficiently.
Curtain walls/exterior walls: This is the most widely used field.
Interior decoration: ceiling, walls, column cladding, counters, etc.
Roofing system: The roofs of large public buildings such as airports and stadiums.
Transportation
Rail transit: The outer shells and interior decoration of high-speed rail and metro carriages.
Automobile/Truck: Body panels, cargo compartments.
Ships: Superstructure, interior panels.
Industry and Electronics
Equipment enclosures: communication cabinets, covers for automated equipment.
Heat sink: Heat sinks for LED lamps and power electronic devices.
Signs/Advertisements: Direction signs, advertising light boxes.

The Aluminum veneer products are packaged with films, protected by foam and plastic film, and placed in wooden crates, each crate is labeled with the product name, size, color, and quantity.
