Karma electric heating alloy wire 6J22 China grade

  • Karma wire size: 0.018-5.0mm
  • We use vacum furnace melting chrome, nickel, aluminum and Iron as the main components, hydrogen annealing and continuous wire drawing products line to produce karma alloy wire. Our special inspection equipment is utilized to ensure the tensil strength, resistance and electromotive force the karma wire are up to par.
  • The resistivity is 2~3 times higher than manganin. It has lower temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), lower thermal EMF versus copper, good permanence of resistance for a long period of time and strong anti-oxidation. Its working temperature range is wider than manganin (-60~300º C). It is suitable for making fine precision resistance elements and strain
