Installation Guide for AS150 Anti-Spark Connector
- Prepare wires: Strip 8-10mm of insulation from 8AWG silicone wire. Tin the strands with solder for clean contact.
- Solder bullets: Insert wire into the open solder cup (5mm diameter). Use a 150-200W soldering iron; heat the cup and flow solder evenly. Avoid overheating the housing.
- Assemble housing: Slide the gold-plated bullet into the reusable nylon housing (red for positive, black for negative). The anti-spark male pin (shorter with resistor) connects first for safe mating.
