Pouch laminating film consists of PET material film with EVA coating. Available in popular thicknesses including 60mic, 80mic, 100mic, 125mic, 150mic, and 250mic. These films provide protection for various materials through pouch laminating film or sheets. Available sizes range from A2 to A6, plus ID cards, credit cards, and other custom dimensions. Ideal for protecting pictures, documents, papers, and other materials.

Laminating Temperature: 110 ~ 135 ℃ (230 ~ 275 ℉)

Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesive in advance, which bonds to paper materials during the laminating process when heat is applied.

Pouch laminating film is used for creating simple and smaller laminates. It's ideal for laminating ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. The lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this method particularly useful in offices and home settings.

Laminating equipment for pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. Heat-sensitive laminating film is used for pouch lamination. The sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers, where heat causes the materials to bond together. The heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
