Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance, which bonds to paper material during the laminating process.

Pouch laminating film is used for making simple and smaller laminates. It is commonly used to laminate ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this method useful in offices and homes.

Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is handy and requires no special training to operate. We use heat-sensitive laminating film for pouch lamination. The sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers, and due to the effect of heat, it sticks together. Heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
