Applications of 20micron Matte Lamination Film Worldwide

You can order BOPP Thermal Lamination Film with various specifications:

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET film) and adhesive glue (EVA). Also known as dry, hot or heat lamination film.
Printing houses use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls for commercial and school printings, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers. Sometimes referred to as paper lamination film used by heating EVA adhesive glue onto paper substrates.
Specific applications include:

Lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. Requires a hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) to melt EVA adhesive onto paper surface. The film passes over a heated roller and sticks to paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications. Also called heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
