BOPP Thermal Matte Lamination Film for Package is primarily used for paper lamination applications. The film is composed of BOPP + EVA layers, and custom thickness compositions are available upon request.
Compared to glossy lamination film that provides a lustrous appearance, BOPP matte lamination film offers anti-reflection properties and is more suitable for UV varnish and hot stamping processes.

You can order BOPP Thermal Lamination Film with custom specifications to meet your specific requirements.
Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: a plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET) and an adhesive glue layer (EVA). Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are widely used in commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers, commonly referred to as paper lamination film.
The lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is required to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and sticks to the paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications.
