It is UL-recognized (File E-36952), non-corrosive to copper/brass, and releases low-odor alcohol vapor during curing. Designed for ease of application, it maintains performance across ​​-60°C to 204°C​ continuous operating temperatures.

RTV162 excels in mechanical durability with ​35 Shore A hardness​ and ​400% elongation, providing superior flexibility under stress.
