Basic Properties

LOCTITE 587 is a one-component oxime silicone sealant in metallic blue paste form (uncured). With thixotropic properties to minimize migration, it cures at room temperature (RTV) and is designed for gasket replacement/dressing in automotive engines, withstanding temperatures up to 260°C.
