R&D Capabilities

Jiangsu Carpe Diem Ocean Equipment Co., Ltd. maintains an independent R&D team dedicated to the research and development of deep-sea environmental simulation test systems and anodically protected sulfuric acid coolers.

Centered on high-pressure vessel design, fluid control, material corrosion resistance and automatic control algorithms, our R&D system covers the whole chain from theoretical simulation, scheme demonstration, structural design, component selection, prototype trial-manufacturing, performance testing to product iteration and optimization.

For deep-sea environmental simulation test systems, our R&D team focuses on ultra-high pressure sealing technology, pressure closed-loop automatic compensation, pressure hull structural safety analysis and multi-condition environmental simulation. We carry out finite element stress analysis and hydraulic system simulation to develop reliable test equipment that can replicate complex deep-sea extreme environments for ROV penetrators, pressure housings and other marine components.

For anodically protected sulfuric acid coolers, our research mainly concentrates on alloy anti-corrosion material matching, electrochemical anodic protection parameter optimization, passivation film stability control and heat exchange efficiency improvement. We conduct corrosion tests and thermal performance verification to ensure the coolers can operate stably under high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid working conditions.

Equipped with internal test platforms, our R&D department can complete prototype verification and performance calibration in-house. We also carry out technical cooperation with research institutes to continuously upgrade product performance and develop customized solutions for special working conditions.
