Product Overview

This horizontal hot press forming machine is designed for 8-channel single-ended ear batteries. Featuring a horizontal structure with 4 layers of pressure plates (2 batteries per layer), it enables efficient formation of soft pack lithium-ion batteries under hot pressing conditions.

The machine replaces traditional baking and shaping processes, significantly reducing formation time and production cycles while minimizing labor requirements. It ensures smoother, more aesthetically pleasing battery surfaces after air extraction and sealing, completing both battery formation and hot pressing shaping in one operation.
