Three - cylinder Dryer

The three - cylinder dryer has improved the internal structure of the single - cylinder dryer. It enhances the drying of
wet materials before they enter the machine and prolongs the drying time of wet materials inside the machine.
With sealing, moisture - retention, and reasonable supporting measures, its production capacity is 50 - 80%
higher than that of a single - cylinder dryer. The evaporation intensity per unit volume can reach 120 - 180 kg/m³,
and the standard coal consumption is only 6 - 8 kg/t.
It features advanced technology, reasonable operating parameters, and simple and feasible operation. It can
be widely used for drying materials in various industries, such as slag, clay, coal, iron powder, ore powder,
and other mixed materials. It is also applicable for drying raw materials in the construction industry, like
dry - mixed mortar and yellow sand, as well as in chemical, casting, and other industries.
