Introduction to zinc oxide:

Zinc oxide is a white or slightly yellow fine powder, and its Chinese name is zinc oxide. Also known as zinc white; zinc oxide powder. It is easily dispersed in rubber and latex. It is a reinforcing agent, activator and vulcanizer for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and is also a colorant and filler for white rubber.

Introduction to zinc oxide rotary kiln:

The zinc oxide rotary kiln crushes zinc furnace charge and coking coal into particles smaller than 40 mesh, mixes zinc furnace charge and coking coal in a ratio of 1:0.30-0.35 to obtain a mixture, and then makes the mixture into a granular mixture with an effective diameter of 8-15 mm, and finally puts the granular mixture into a rotary kiln for smelting. When it is used to smelt zinc oxide from zinc oxide ore or zinc-containing industrial slag with a zinc content of 15%-25% to produce zinc oxide, it has the advantages of greatly saving coke or coal; the product quality obtained by smelting is good, and the productivity is improved with a small amount of nodules.
