Wear-resistant and impact-resistant construction sand and gravel circular vibrating screen

Circular vibrating screen is a highly efficient screening equipment, which is widely used in many industries such as mining, building materials, chemical industry, food, etc.

Structural design: It is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, vibration damping spring device and other components. The screen box is made of high-strength steel plate and is durable. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and generates exciting force through the eccentric block. The vibration damping spring device supports the screen box to reduce the impact of vibration on the foundation.

Working principle: The motor drives the main shaft of the vibrator to rotate through the V-belt, and the eccentric block generates centrifugal inertia force, which makes the screen box produce a circular motion trajectory. After the material enters the screen surface, particles smaller than the size of the screen hole fall through the screen mesh and become screened materials, while particles larger than the size of the screen hole remain on the screen surface for further screening and are finally discharged from the discharge port.
