The Soybean Protein Concentrate Equipment produces soybean protein concentrate, or SPC, a soybean protein product that contains more than 65 percent protein. It is made from high quality soybean meal by removing the water soluble or alcohol soluble nonprotein part, so the protein fraction is concentrated while the unwanted soluble sugars and other components are taken out. The result is a clean, concentrated protein ingredient with a consistent composition.

The production standard can be divided into food grade and feed grade according to customer requirements, and these two standards of soy protein concentrate contain different final nutrient contents to suit their different uses. As a nutritional additive, soy protein concentrate has a very high nutritional value. It can improve the nutritional value of products, enhance product quality and extend the freshness of pet food and animal feed, which makes it a practical and cost effective way to raise the protein level of a formulation.
