Description
Product Introduction: This elastic modified asphalt waterproof membrane is a SBS-type product with uniform thickness. It is made by using high-quality styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer as the modifier, premium polyester long-fiber base fabric as the reinforcing layer, and polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (S), or mineral particles (M) as the surface isolation material.​
Product Description: It has a broad range of applications and excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (withstands up to 105℃ and as low as -25℃). Featuring top-tier sealing performance, it employs a mature and easy-to-operate hot-melt construction technique. The material melts quickly, and the lap joints are sealed via fusion to form an outstanding integral waterproof effect. The high-quality polyester long-fiber base fabric reinforcing layer boosts the membrane's strength, endowing it with properties like puncture resistance, tear resistance, and crush resistance.​

Steps​

Clean the base layer with a broom or high-pressure air blower​

Apply cold primer oil or sand-fixing agent​

Uniformly bake the bottom surface of the membrane with a flame spray tool​

After the oil melts, push the membrane forward firmly (the longitudinal lap width of the membrane shall not be less than 10cm)​
5​
One person compacts the lap joint with a small roller to make it adhere firmly​
