Product Overview
This SBS-modified asphalt waterproof membrane is an elastic, flame-activated solution designed for flat roof waterproofing applications. Manufactured using premium styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer as the modifier and reinforced with high-quality polyester long-fiber base fabric, it features surface isolation materials including polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (S), or mineral particles (M).

This membrane offers exceptional temperature resistance, performing reliably from -25°C to 105°C. It features superior sealing capabilities through a proven hot-melt construction method that ensures quick melting and fusion-sealed lap joints for comprehensive waterproof protection. The polyester reinforcement provides excellent puncture, tear, and crush resistance.

Installation Process
Step 1 Clean the base layer with a broom or high-pressure air blower
Step 2 Apply cold primer oil or sand-fixing agent
Step 3 Uniformly bake the bottom surface of the membrane with a flame spray tool
Step 4 After the oil melts, push the membrane forward firmly (longitudinal lap width ≥ 10cm)
Step 5 Compact the lap joint with a small roller to ensure firm adhesion
