Product Description
Suitable for the production processes in the large flat panel display industry, including G+G bonding in the hot melt process, such as G+G bonding in the SCA/OCF and OCA processes. Main features: 1. The equipment is controlled by PLC programming. PLC serves as the control center of the entire system, enabling fully automatic operation of the equipment and all its components, as well as setting of operation parameters. The equipment is equipped with a human-machine interface, facilitating users to adjust and monitor the bonding parameters according to production conditions. 2. The maximum splicing product size is 65 inches (applicable for stage size of 1600mm x 1000mm), compatible with small-sized stages.It is precisely machined from imported aluminum materials to ensure the hardness and stability of the equipment. 3. The heating platform of the equipment is heated by uniform heating tubes, ensuring good temperature uniformity and no contamination to the products. The platform is imported. The aluminum material is precisely processed to ensure the stability of the hot melt G+G bonding process. 4. The equipment is equipped with functions of stopping heating upon overheating alarm and cutting off gas supply upon overpressure alarm. It has a high safety factor and is simple to operate.
