Advantages of PVDF Color Fluoride Panels
Advanced Production Process
PVDF color fluoride panels utilize anti-corrosion resin powder that fully covers the base plate through electrostatic adsorption and thermoset by high-temperature heating. This process eliminates volatile solvents and creates a dense surface without micropores.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The base plate is completely wrapped by the resin layer, creating a barrier that isolates the steel from atmospheric corrosive media. With coating thickness reaching 75±5μm (3-4 times thicker than ordinary color plates), the base plate receives superior protection. Custom coating thickness is available based on specific anti-corrosion requirements.
Excellent High and Low Temperature Resistance
The plastic coating forms at temperatures above 300°C, while the lower surface layer uses epoxy powder thermosetting resin suitable for 150°C environments. Testing confirms no resin layer deterioration after 10 freeze-thaw cycles.
Superior Weather Resistance
High-performance anti-corrosion and weather-resistant spray coating prevents chalking and fading under prolonged UV exposure. Advanced technology ensures toughness, wear resistance, and strong adhesion without delamination, even after bending and pressing operations.

The steel base plate is non-combustible, achieving Class A fire resistance rating that meets building fire protection code requirements.
Maintenance-Free Performance and Antistatic Property
The protective resin layer prevents oxidation and corrosion while providing antistatic properties, eliminating the need for ongoing maintenance.

Ideal for highly corrosive environments including chemical plants, aquatic product factories, and coastal guardrails. Ensure installation surfaces are flat and clean for optimal panel adhesion. During transportation and storage, avoid collisions and keep away from high-temperature and open-flame environments to preserve resin coating integrity.
