    5. Label placing servo motor–controls suction/release cylinder positioning for fast, stable switching.
    6. Shrink servo motor-controls heat gun vertical movement for precise positioning, stable speed and consistent shrink quality.
    7. Discharge servo motor – controls discharge cylinder vertical movement for accurate positioning and product ejection.
  • Adopts high-precision indexer drive positioning with 16‑station indexing; servo-driven 16-position rotary table feeds products to sleeving station.
  • Vacuum label suction/release with label presence detection; label reel detection enables no-label alarm.
  • Adjustable label reel for label diameters 50–150 mm; size adjustment via knob for easy operation.
  • Sleeving station incoming material detection: no operation if missing/insufficient product, ensuring sleeving only for full tubes and saving sleeve material.
  • Servo-controlled robotic heat gun: switchable between moving/fixed shrink positions. High-performance heat gun with precise temperature control, durability and reliability; adjustable constant‑temperature system.
  • Servo-controlled robotic discharge for automatic ejection of packaged tubes.
  • Simple operation, automatic fault alarm, one-touch intelligent operation. Compact rotary design.
