Product Construction
Conductor: High-conductivity, plain or tinned annealed copper, stranded (Class 2) to ensure flexibility.
Conductor screen: semi conductive XLPE compound;
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), triple extruded for a seamless, high-integrity insulation layer.
Insulation screen: semi conductive XLPE compound;
Metallic Screen: Copper tape or concentric copper wire screen to ensure fault current capacity and electrical safety.
Armor: Galvanized Steel Wire Armor (SWA) for exceptional mechanical protection. Steel Tape Armor (STA) is also available for lighter duty applications.
Outer Sheath: A robust PVC or PE sheath, resistant to UV, moisture, and soil chemicals, protecting the cable core and armor.
