TH Series Chain Bucket Elevator Robust Vertical Conveying Solution for Abrasive Materials

Product Overview

The TH Series Bucket Elevator is ideal for vertically conveying powdery, granular, and small abrasive materials.

This type of elevator adopts a ring chain structure, operating in mixed or gravity discharge mode with a digging design. It is suitable for materials with a bulk density below 1.5 t/m³, including:

  • Powder

  • Granules

  • Small lumps of abrasive materials such as coal, cement, crushed stone, sand, chemical fertilizer, grain, etc.

The TH Series supports vertical transportation of bulk materials with conveying material temperatures up to 250°C.

Main Features of TH Series Bucket Elevator:

  1. Easy Maintenance & Long Life: Adopt split housing design and reinforced plates, offering excellent strength and durability.

  2. High Temperature Resistance: Supports up to 250°C with smooth operation and low noise.

  3. Optional Transmission Types: Available in both standard and upgraded types. The improved type can enhance capacity by more than 30%.

  4. Durability: Elevator chains are made of low-alloy steel with surface heat treatment, providing high strength, wear, and corrosion resistance.
