TORCH RV IgG Reagents for Automatic Immunoassay Analyzer in Human Serum Samples
Qualitative determination of rubella virus antibody IgG (RV-IgG): Anti-rubella virus antibody IgM is mainly used to diagnose acute rubella virus infection. Generally, anti-rubella virus antibody Ig appears in serum 2 weeks after infection.
Rubella mostly occurs in school-age children and adolescents, and more than 80% of the population are positive for this virus. Pregnant women infected with rubella virus before 20 weeks of pregnancy have a higher incidence of fetal teratogenicity. Rubella virus can cause a rash in adults and children.
