Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge Introduce:

Candle filter element is used in BOLL main engine lubricating oil filter to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in working medium and effectively control the contamination degree of the system.The filtered liquid enters the filter through the filter inlet, and after the filter element intercepts the impurities, the filtered liquid flows out from the outlet and enters the clear liquid storage tank.As the filtration progresses, the filter cake layer thickens and the filtration resistance increases.When the set differential pressure is reached, the filter element shall be backwashed.First close the inlet and outlet of the liquid, pass the compressed gas into the tank, and then filter out the residual hydraulic pressure in the filter tank.When the filter column is backwashed, a compressed gas is fed into the filtrate outlet to blow the filter cloth, so that impurities in the intercepted cake and gaps of the filter cloth will fall off and be discharged from the lower discharge outlet.
