The post treatment of galvanized strip includes three aspects: passivation, prephosphating and oiling. Chromate passivation is used in passivation treatment. Some activators, such as fluoride, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid, are added to the passivation solution to obtain a thick chromate film after passivation. When there is fluoride in the passivation solution, the surface tension of the steel strip can be reduced, the film formation reaction can be accelerated, and the chemical polishing effect can be increased, so that the passivation film is fine and bright.
