UNIVERSAL ROBOT ACCESSORIES Flexible Holder System FHS-SH SET

Introduction

The Flexible Holder System (FHS) is used for dress pack on UR robots. It is designed for quick and tool-free installation. Both the basic body of the FHS and the Velcro tape are manufactured in a 2K process. This ensures a secure and non-slip fixing of the media supply as well as a robot-friendly mounting.
A modified conduit with a longitudinal slot is used, making it easy to pull in pre-assembled cables with plugs.
Complete set includes all necessary parts for UR3, UR5, and UR10.

How does it work

  • Insert the cables into the corrugated pipe using the enclosed drawing tool.
  • Fasten cables to the strain relief with cable ties.
  • Attach the clamp to axis 6.
  • Position the FHS on the robot and close it with Velcro.
  • Attach the ball joints to the conduit and place them in the holders and close the holders.
