Equipment description:

Plastic profile extrusion: It is the production process of adding granular or powdered plastic from the hopper to the extruder, heating into a molten material flow, and the thrust of the screw rotation makes the molten material enter the profile mold through the head, forming the required substance, and becoming a profiled profile after cooling.
Extrusion equipment main components: extruder -- profile extrusion mold -- cooling type platform -- tractor -- cutting
Extrusion production equipment Details:
1. Extruder models are: SJSZ65 conical twin screw extruder, SJSZ80 conical twin screw extruder, SJ-65 extruder, SJ-75 extruder, SJ-90 extruder, SJ-120 extruder
2. Profile extrusion mold: Different shapes of molds can be replaced to produce different products.
3. Cooling type platform: vacuum cooling type, immersed cooling.
4. Tractor: Track tractor (a track composed of 2 rubber rubber blocks) is mainly used for traction of profiles.
5. Cutting machine: cut off the produced profile at fixed length and enter the unloading platform.
6. It has excellent hygroscopic resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and solubility resistance.
