1. Poduction Line Intoduction

The PET strapping production line is an automated equipment used to manufacture PET (polyethylene terephthalate) strapping. PET strapping tapes are widely used in the logistics, packaging and transportation industries for bundling, fixing and packaging various goods.

2. Work Flow And Main Components Of The Production Line

(1) Raw material processing: The main raw material of PET packing tape is polyethylene terephthalate resin particles. Before starting the production line, these pellets need to undergo pre-processing, such as drying and mixing, to ensure quality and consistency.

(2) Extruder: After pretreatment, the pellets are fed into the extruder. The extruder melts the pellets through heat and pressure, and extrudes the molten PET resin into a ribbon shape through the extrusion head.

(3) Cooling and solidification: The extruded PET strip is passed through a cooling device, such as a cooling water tank or a cold air flow, to quickly cool down and solidify. This helps the strip maintain its shape and strength.

(4) Stretching and stretch cooling: The cured PET strip is stretched through a series of rollers to obtain the desired width and thickness. After stretching, the strip may need to be cooled and solidified again through a stretch cooling unit.

(5) Tension control and winding: After stretching and cooling, the PET tape passes through tension control devices, such as tension sensors and tension regulators, to maintain appropriate tension. The strip is then wound onto a reel to form the finished roll.

(6) Cutting and packaging: As needed, the finished rolls can be cut by cutting equipment to obtain PET packaging tapes of the required length. The cut strips can then be packaged by a packaging machine, such as roll packaging or pallet packaging.

(7) Quality control: At all stages of the entire production line, quality control measures should be adopted to ensure that the quality of PET strapping meets relevant standards and requirements. This may include inspection and testing using sensors, detection equipment and automated systems.

30% paid by T/T as down payment the balance (70%)should be paid before delivery (by T/T )
