Vacuum LITHIUM HEPARIN Blood collection Tube

Heparin catheters are commonly used for emergency biochemical tests and blood rheology tests.
Heparin anticoagulation in the form of sodium or lithium salts is added to such a blood collection tube.
Using advanced spray technology, blood samples can be processed quickly and rapidly.

  • Evacuated blood collection tube with lithium heparin designed for plasma determinations in chemistry
  • Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) tube construction helps reduce risk of tube breakage during handling, centrifuging at higher speeds and removal/reinsertion for safer work environment
  • Recessed rubber stopper helps isolate dropped blood from potential contact
  • Safety shield designed to protect lab personnel from direct contact with blood on stopper or outer rim

INSTRCUTION FOR USE

1. Check the tube;

2. Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after the skin disinfection;

3. Put the puncture needle into rubber stopper and the blood will automatically flow into the tube;

4. After the blood is collected to the calibration capacity, first pull out the IV needle on body, then pull off the tube.

5. Gently reverse the tube 5-8times after collection(except no additive tube).

STORAGE

1. The vacuum blood collection tubes should be stored in cool dry place at 0℃-25℃;
