The Disk type horizontal sand mill is widely used inchemical fiber paper making industry, and we have great experiencen in these field.Wearable steel and stainless steel inner chamber material are the common configuration with dispersing system coated with PU, If you need high energy saving and high effeciency, we recommend silicon carbide inner chamber material bead mills.

With Flow rate and screen circle ,no blocked with super production capacity and nano or micron fineness.

Have more than 25 years experience in the chemical fiber industry, in generally 3 mills circulation have higher produciton capacity than single.

For meeting different requriments we have different materials such as SUS304, wearable steel 9Cr18MoV, Silicon Ceramic, PU etc.
