Metal Seated Floating Ball Valve Forged & Casted 2PC, Inch1/2"-12" Class150-2500

Zaval metal-seated floating ball valves can be applied in wide pressure and temperature ranges (150LB~2500LB and -46~450℃). The metal seat provides an optimal resistance against wear caused by abrasive services or hard particles.

Design Feature

Metal Seated Floating Ball Valve , Forged Steel Ball Valve Inch 1/2

  1. Top flange design as per ISO 5211, optional actuators of gearbox, electric actuator and pneumatic actuator are available.
  2. Hard faced ball and the seat to satisfy the requirement of high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance.
  3. With the help of the pre-loaded spring, the seat is able to maintain seal even in low operating pressure.
  4. Several designs of the seat to choose from, among which the dust proof seat design is available.
